Each GEMO product has a heat number that is uploaded on GEMO's website. Customers can visit our website, enter the heat number and download the corresponding inspection Certificate. GEMO fittings will always go through quality inspection before delivery to ensure all our products superior quality

1. Q:What is the MOQ(Minimum order quantity)?最小起订量是多少？
A: Depends. Different size and model require different MOQ. Most standard products’s MOQ is 1 pcs.

2. Q: What’s your package? 你们如何包装
A: We have wooden case, paper box, woven bag etc. Each products will have individual bubble film pack too. We will advise suitable package according to products and quantity.
我们有木箱包装，纸箱包装，编织袋包装等。每个产品还会单独气泡膜包装。根据不同产品和数量多少，我们会推荐客户合适的打包方式。
3. Q: Is sample free?样品免费吗？
A: Yes we supply free sample, customer only needs to pay for delivery cost. We will supply our in stock products.

4. Q: What’s the payment and delivery time? 付款方式&交期如何？
A: Payment: Normally 30%+70% T/T before order and before delivery.
Delivery time: Depends on products and quantity.
付款方式：通常预付30%，发货前付清尾款70%。
交期：视产品和数量而定。
